Fast Horse Photography has recently joined the Equestrians of Color Photography Project (@Eocproject) whose mission is to provide a safe space for equestrians of color to feel welcomed and comfortable in front of our camera while shedding light on challenging, uplifting, and inspirational stories they wish to share. This project is so important to me, as someone who has spent many years working on social justice issues for women and children, prior to my work as an equine photographer, and I truly believe the photography industry can do more.

Ok, so a little secret about me is that I love, love, LOVE getting the opportunity to photograph full equestrian families. What does that mean? Well for me that means including ALL the family animals into a single portrait! So when Stephanie contacted me about photographing her family I was so excited for the opportunity! Her fur family consists of three horses, three dogs, and a sweet little pot-bellied pig named Nacho.
