I’ve never been a knick knacky kinda gal… personally, I like for the items I bring in to my home to have a story behind them. To bring back a memory of an experience I don’t want to forget. Most importantly to me, I want the décor in my home to mean something to my family. To make us smile, laugh, and to take us back to the moment.

When Tanya reached out about booking an equestrian family portrait session, she was already talking about how she might bring the images we create together into her home to cherish. During her actual session we worked to create the image above, of her two beautiful barrel racing horses, with a mantel art piece in mind. We set up the mobile equine barn studio and got to work!
