Horse girl for life…

Once a horse girl, always a horse girl. That’s how I felt when watching the connection between Kenzie and her pony Nemo as they interacted in front of my lens. We knew from the initial planning of their session that the focus would be on highlighting their relationship and celebrating how far Kenzie has come in the early days of her hopeful equestrian career. She was excited to be finished with her high school curriculum and ready to be headed on to the next stage of her adult life.

for Kenzie and Nemo’s session we had the most gorgeous sunrise light coupled with the very beginning of Florida Autumn leaves falling around us. We worked our way from one side of the St. Augustine, FL horse property to another and ended our session with studio images taken in the doorway of their small barn. Kenzie had three different looks for her session each one representing a component of her personality.
